Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On April 30, 2007, Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ “GBCI”) announced the completion of the acquisition of North Side State Bank, Rock Springs, Wyoming (“North Side”). North Side merged with and into 1st Bank, Evanston, Wyoming, a wholly owned subsidiary of GBCI and will operate as a branch of 1st Bank.
