Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Effective August 20, 2015, Mr. Sean Ebnet ceased to be Senior Vice President of Wood Fibre of Rentech, Inc. (“Rentech”). Mr. Ebnet is continuing in employment with Rentech in a non-officer role through September 30, 2015 in order to assist with the transition of his duties.
