According to Article 82.1 of the Execution and Bankruptcy Law of Türkiye (Law No. 2004) published in The Official Gazette (No. 2128) on June 19, 1932, assets and properties of Türkiye are immune from attachment or other forms of execution, whether before or after judgment. The United States Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976, as amended, may also provide a means for limited execution upon any property of Türkiye that is related to the service and administration of the debt securities.
