Other Events
On January 5, 2010, we issued a press release announcing that we have completed the acquisition of the majority of an overriding royalty and net profits interest which eliminates a burden on all of its interests and cash flow in its Bayou Couba Field, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
