Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 3 mistakenly reported 34,000 shares of Class A Common Stock as being directly owned by the Reporting Person. The correct amount of directly owned Class A Common Stock is 24,000.

2. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the share of Class A, common stock, no par value, held by the accounts of certain family members.
