On March 27, 2003, the Company issued a press release announcing the opening of the 20^th Pat & Oscar’s^SM restaurant.

On April 22, 2003 the Company issued a press release announcing the opening of the 21^st Pat & Oscar’s^SM restaurant.

On May 28, 2004 the Company issued a press release announcing that its Pat & Oscar’s division has been awarded the 2003 Gold Medallion Award for Best Family Dining by San Diego Chapter of the California Restaurant Association

On June 6, 2003, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company received a favorable ruling on all claims brought by John Sarkisian, the founder and former President and CEO of the Company’s Pat and Oscar’s^SM concept.
