Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 31, 2007, PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release updating fourth quarter 2006 production guidance and announcing 2006 estimated proved reserves. In addition, the Company provided 2007 production and capital expenditure guidance, an update of hedge transactions and an overview of recent drilling activities. This press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
