Resignation of Executive Officer
Robert G. McConnell has notified Atmel Corporation that he would resign as Atmel’s Vice President and General Manager of the RF & Automotive business unit. The action will be effective as of May 5, 2008. Mr. McConnell also resigned as an employee of Atmel effective March 31, 2009.
