On March 19, 2024, Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. (“Sterling”) issued a press release announcing the release of its 2024 Sustainability Report. The report describes Sterling’s environmental, social and governance performance, and provides metrics on diversity, safety, and other relevant topics. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
