Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition
This report (the "Amended Report") amends the current report on Form 8-K filed by ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. (the "Company) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2008 (the "Original Report"). The Company filed the Original Report announcing the scheduled release of financial results for the quarter and six months ended March 31, 2008, prior to the market open on Monday, May 12, 2008. Following the filing of the Original Report, the Company discovered a mistake in the title of the officer that signed the Original Report. Mr. O'Keefe's correct title is Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.
