Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On November 26, 2008, ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter of fiscal 2008 that ended September 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
