Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 18, 2021, Lifetime Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will be using an updated investor presentation in investor meetings beginning on May 19, 2021. A copy of the slide presentation that management will use at such meetings is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and incorporated by reference. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
