The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 18, 2018. Represented at the meeting were 37,513,346 shares, or approximately 83%, of the Company’s 45,332,214 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting.
