On December 9, 2015, Amber Tarshis departed as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Tarshis’ duties will be assumed by Heidi Adams, the Company’s Senior Director of Marketing. Ms. Tarshis will be entitled to receive severance benefits under the Company’s Executive Severance Plan, as amended, which was previously filed as Exhibit 10.12 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the SEC on April 1, 2009.
