(b) On July 14, 2008, Julius (“Reb”) Jensen III resigned from the Board of Directors of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other personal interests. Mr. Jensen’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
Sally Frame Kasaks, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the Company, stated, “Pacific Sunwear thanks Reb for his twenty years of dedicated service as a Board member. We wish him the best of luck in all of his future endeavors.”
