Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On April 2, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the “Company”) approved annual merit increases to the annual salaries for the Company’s named executive officers as noted in the table below. The annual merit increases for the named executive officers are effective as of March 18, 2007. No change was made to the base salary for Sally Frame Kasaks, the Company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer.
