On July 1, 2016, the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) announced that it would delist the common stock of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company’s common stock was suspended on April 14, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time. On July 5, 2016, Nasdaq filed a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. The delisting will become effective on July 15, 2016, ten days after the filing of the Form 25.
