Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents common shares acquired by the reporting person incident to a prior Performance Stock Unit Award issued on 3/1/18, which has a three-year performance period, vesting on December 31, 2020. Prior thereto, such disposition to the issuer had been approved by the STFC Compensation Committee pursuant to Rule 16b-3(e) and is therefore execmpt from the provisions of Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The price per share of $17.01 represents the closing price of STFC's common shares on 2/18/21.

2. Includes the following acquisitions: 191.124 shares acquired in December 2020 as dividend reinvestment. 658.53 shares acquired as dividend reinvestment in outside brokerage account. Also includes 3.992 shares acquired in December 2020 in a DRIP Account.
