Item 8.01. Other Events.
The Company through its joint marketing arrangement with Valassis Sales & Marketing Services, Inc. (Valassis) is adding approximately 375 A & P (The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc.) grocery stores to its retail network effective February 28, 2011.
TheCourtforthe Company’slawsuitagainst News America Marketing In-Store, Inc. (NAMI) hasdelayed the previously announced trial date of January 3, 2011because of hearingsin criminal cases which couldnot be postponed. The Courtissued an order statingthat the trial of the Company’s case against NAMI willcommence on February 7, 2011. The Courtalsoscheduledahearing on certain motionsfor January 7, 2011and a Settlement Conference for January 25, 2011.
