On October 6, 2017, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina entered final judgment in favor of TransEnterix, Inc. and all other defendants dismissing the putative securities class action complaint against them inThe TransEnterix, Inc. Investor Group v. TransEnterix, Inc. et al (Case No. 5:16-cv-00313-D).
The Company issued a press release, which is attached as an exhibit to this Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
