On January 22, 2009, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its operating results for the third quarter ended December 27, 2008, as well as estimated comparable store sales and diluted earnings per share for both the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2009.
