On January 30, 2020, Monro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter-ended December 28, 2019, as well as a revised fiscal 2020 sales, comparable store sales guidance and diluted earnings per share. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The Company also announced that it has completed three previously announced acquisitions of 27 stores in California, Nevada and Idaho, further expanding its presence in Western United States. Further details of these acquisitions are contained in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
