On May 28, 2020, Monro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 28, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Item 8.01 | Voluntary Disclosure of Other Events |
The Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of fiscal 2021 of $.22 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. Further details are contained in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 (the “Annual Meeting”). The Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual-only format, by means of a live audio webcast, commencing at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The record date for the Annual Meeting is June 29, 2020.
