On March 23, 2020, Andrew K. Ludwick, a director of Zebra Technologies Corporation (“Zebra”), notified the Board of Directors of Zebra of his decision to retire from the Board, effective upon the election of his replacement at the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 14, 2020. Mr. Ludwick stated that his intent to retire does not result from any disagreement with the Company.
