(b) On September 27, 2016, Director Bruce Dougherty notified the Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) Board of Directors (Board) he is resigning from the effective December 14, 2016. Director Dougherty is currently serving as the Secretary of the Board and is a member of the Board’s Operations and Governance Committee. He is moving out of state and his resignation is not the result of any disagreement between Chugach and Director Dougherty on any matter relating Chugach’s operations, policies or practices.
