ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF ANNUAL CASH DIVIDEND PAYMENT
DALLAS, TX – February 1, 2008 — Tuesday Morning Corporation (NASDAQ: TUES) announced today that its Board of Directors has terminated the declaration of an annual cash dividend. The Board of Directors has further indicated that it will consider the full range of alternatives with regard to the use of its excess cash flow in the future.
