Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As previously reported, on June 27, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Joseph Manko, Jr. to fill the vacancy existing on the Board for a term ending at the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders. On November 6, 2019, on the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, the Board appointed Mr. Manko to serve on the Compensation Committee of the Board effective immediately.
