On January 28, 2020, Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (the “Corporation”) issued a press release discussing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the Corporation’s press release dated January 28, 2020 is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.

On January 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share, as well as an annual dividend of $0.05 per common share, with both dividends payable on February 24, 2020 to shareholders of record as of February 5, 2020.
