On April 27, 2020, Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (the “Corporation”) issued a press release discussing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the Corporation’s press release dated April 27, 2020 is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
