Total includes 1,200,000 shares of the Registrant’s Common Stock registered with respect to the Amended and Restated ARI Network Services, Inc. 2010 Equity Incentive Plan, and 350,000 shares of the Registrant’s Common Stock registered with respect to the ARI Network Services, Inc. 2000 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as amended.
