Item 8.01 – Other Events
On July 18, 2023, Applied Energetics released an updated Company Presentation and made the presentation available on its website. A copy of this presentation is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Also on July 18, 2023, Applied Energetics’ President and CEO, Dr. Gregory Quarles, was interviewed by Andres Rendon for local Tucson television station KOLD for a segment which aired on the evening of the 18th. The text of the segment is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
