The Board of Directors of Scott’s Liquid Gold-Inc. received a letter from a shareholder, Mr. Stabosz, relating to the recent announcement that the Company has entered into an agreement to sell its real estate and lease back certain office and warehouse space. The Board’s response to the letter is attached to this current report as an exhibit.
