Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On March 31, 2010, we agreed to sell certain oil and natural gas assets in Pennsylvania which had a book value of $2.0 million. On June 14, 2010 we completed the sale of these asstes for $30.6 million.
