Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 22, 2014, Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation (“Peregrine”) and RF Micro Devices, Inc. (“RFMD”) announced that the companies have settled all outstanding claims between the companies. Peregrine and RFMD entered into patent cross licenses and have agreed to dismiss all related litigation. Specific financial terms of the agreement remain confidential. A copy of the parties’ joint press release announcing the Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
