On October 31, 2008, during the conference call presenting the 2008 third quarter results, management of Enbridge Energy Company, Inc. the General Partner of Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”), indicated that it does not intend to change the Partnership’s prior guidance regarding its adjusted operating income for the full 2008 fiscal year.
