On September 10, 2010, Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) provided an update to the crude oil release on Line 6A of its Lakehead system near Romeoville, Illinois.
The press release issued on September 10, 2010 announcing the crude oil release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
