CSB Bancorp, Inc. Declares Third Quarter Cash Dividend

MILLERSBURG, OH – August 14, 2024 - CSB Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Pink: CSBB) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.40 per share on its common stock, payable September 17, 2024, to shareholders of record as of September 3, 2024. The dividend represents a $0.01 increase in the quarterly cash dividend.
