CSB Bancorp, Inc. Declares Third Quarter Cash Dividend

MILLERSBURG, OH – September 24, 2021 - CSB Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Pink: CSBB) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.31 per share on its common stock, payable October 26, 2021 to shareholders of record as of October 5, 2021. The dividend represents a $0.01 increase in the quarterly cash dividend.
