CSB Bancorp, Inc. Declares Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend

MILLERSBURG, OH – November 2, 2022 - CSB Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Pink: CSBB) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.35 per share on its common stock, payable December 20, 2022, to shareholders of record as of December 6, 2022. The dividend represents a $0.02 increase in the quarterly cash dividend.
