ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS.
On December 30, 2008, Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation (“Vitesse” or the “Company”) announced its financial results for its fiscal year ended September 30, 2008. A copy of Vitesse’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will hold a public call to discuss its business and financial information for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008 on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at 8:00 am Eastern Time.
