On June 8, 2011, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., or Amylin, announced that the United States District Court for the Southern District of California denied its motion for a preliminary injunction to enjoin Eli Lilly and Company from engaging in anticompetitive activity and breaching its collaboration agreement with Amylin.
A complete copy of the court’s order is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
