VIVUS to Present at the CIBC World Markets 17th Annual Healthcare Conference
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., October 31, 2006 — VIVUS, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVUS), a pharmaceutical company dedicated to the development and commercialization of novel therapeutic products addressing obesity and sexual health, today announced that Timothy E. Morris, Vice President Finance and CFO, will present at the CIBC World Markets 17th Annual Healthcare Conference. The conference will be held at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City on Monday, November 6th through Wednesday, November 8th.
