(b) Departures of Certain Officers.
On July 15, 2013, HF Financial Corp., on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary, Home Federal Bank (the “Bank”), delivered notice to Natalie A. Sundvold, Senior Vice President / Service & Support pursuant to her employment agreement, that her employment with the Bank will terminate effective September 13, 2013.
