ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On October 22, 2014, the Board of Directors of Abaxis, Inc. declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per common share to be paid on December 16, 2014, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 17, 2014. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
