On June 29, 2011, the Company received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market stating that, because the bid price of the Company’s common stock was at least $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
On June 30, 2011, the Company issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, relating to its compliance with the requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
