UROLOGIX ANNOUNCES PRELIMINARY THIRD QUARTER RESULTS
MINNEAPOLIS – April 12, 2007 – Urologix®, Inc. (NASDAQ:ULGX), announced today preliminary revenue results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2007. Based on preliminary results that have not yet been reviewed by the company’s auditors, the company anticipates that revenue for the third quarter of fiscal year 2007 will be approximately $5.1 million, compared to $6.0 million in the second quarter of fiscal year 2007. The Company is also expecting to report a net loss in the third quarter of fiscal year 2007. Urologix’ management is taking additional time to analyze the third quarter financial results as well as the financial outlook for the Company. These items will be discussed in conjunction with the filing of the Company’s third quarter Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Urologix will report its full financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2007 on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 before market open.
