Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2007, The BISYS Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and related financial data for its third quarter of fiscal 2007. The press release contained a typo in the second sentence of the fourth paragraph: Year-to-date corporate expenses of $10.3 million related to fiscal 2007, not fiscal 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
