In connection with his retirement, Joe D. Powers submitted his resignation as a Director of the Company to be effective immediately following the conclusion of the Company’s upcoming 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled for May 5, 2010. Mr. Powers’ resignation was not due to any matter pertaining to a disagreement with our operations, policies or practices.
