Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 6, 2007 Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company authorized a stock repurchase program, including adoption of a Rule 10b5-1 plan. The Company may repurchase up to $5 million of shares. The timing and extent of the repurchases will depend on market conditions and is subject to credit facility limitations.
