On June 17, 2010, The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on September 24, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2010.
